Money-back Guarantee full details

If after receiving your pledge, you determine it didn’t reach your expectations, you can return the game to us and once we receive it we will issue a refund so you can get your money-back (minus platform fees). The timeframe to apply for this is only within 30 days of having received your rewards (starting from the day in which tracking info shows the date of delivery). It can’t be applied before receiving your rewards.

Do the expansions/sleeved cards fit?

Yes, the deluxe edition has a larger box that can fit all the promos and expansions for Party Panda Pirates released until this date, even with sleeved cards. The only exception is the real-size pirate hat (but even the eyepatches fit).

Language availability (Party Panda Pirates and Pandaverse games)

All items in the Complete Panda Collection will be available in English and Spanish. German and French will be available too for all except Pirate King, which will be released in those markets by a different publisher with a different theme. You will choose the preferred language for your rewards in the pledge manager.

Language availability (Previous games)

Our previous games (Dodos Riding Dinos. Dodo Dash, War for Chicken Island, and Kiwi Chow Down) were printed in English, Spanish, German, French, and Italian, but availability is subject to inventory in each region. We have set the available quantities as add-ons for each region and you should add these while the campaign is live rather than wait on the Kickstarter since they might sell out. If you don’t see your preferred language, it is no longer available in your region.

Language packs vs Language edition

German and French will be available for Party Panda Pirates products, Regroup! Panda Crew, and Bim! Bam! Bum! We aim to have language editions that you can choose in the pledge manager after the campaign ends but this will only be possible if we get 250 or more backers from countries that has them as an official language, otherwise, they will be available as a language pack add-on of $5 - $10. We will be monitoring this in the campaign and you can do too in the community tab. German: 250 total backers from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein. French: 250 total backers from France, Monaco, Belgium, Switzerland, and CA-Quebec

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions

You must answer your survey before the indicated deadline to expect to receive your items when fulfillment is reported to start. Otherwise, your items might be sent on a further wave of delivery and may incur in extra shipping charges.
You are responsible for updating your mailing address in the event of moving to a different address. Moving to a different country might incur in shipping fee adjustments.

Communication on our end is held through project updates on the Backerkit campaign for this project. You are responsible of making sure that your Kickstarter profile has email notifications for this project enabled.

No refunds are possible after locking orders unless we state that an item can no longer be delivered.
Delays in production and logistics are always possible and should be expected but If we determine a component cannot be delivered after 24 months of surveys being locked, we refund that completely at the best of our effort, including fees.

Once you receive your items, if a component is damaged or missing, you must report it within 30 days of receiving the product to expect a replacement. After that, replacements are not guaranteed since we may no longer have spare parts. Replacements are usually sent for no extra cost, but this will be defined in a case-by-case scenario. We require pictures and proof to file a claim with the involved parties (manufacturer, shipper, etc); these pictures should display the damaged goods including the packaging box in which your items arrived. The latter is particularly important for game boxes with dents.
We reserve the right to include a return shipping label for you to return the damaged goods.
